Great work! braids are neat! and the people are nice!

Note writing this review to represent my experience during and after my braid install. I realllyyyy wanted to like this place but so many things went wrong. 1. It was hella unsanitary in there I got my hair washed and had to tell the stylist to not use an already used towel to dry my hair. The same stylist was outside of the salon splitting my hair and so my braiding hair was touching the ground and everything. They lay the braiding hair any and everywhere which means the hair they are putting in your head is more than likely going to have debris on it 🤢 I addressed all of this with the braiders and my concerns went unaddressed. 2. I had 3 different people working on my head. There was a braider who had locs and she did not do the braids correctly. She also kept sitting on my human hair for my boho and was just generally absent minded. She seemed like more of a social braider. All of the braids she completed had hair sticking out and she didn't even braid in the boho strands correctly they have all come out. 3. They put so much product in the hair I got hella flakes a week later. Had to wash my hair and now most of my human hair has come out of the braids which has allowed me to see how lazily my hair was braided overall. This place is super cheap AND you get what you pay for.

Great customer service! braids are nice and neat. Great and reasonable prices. Area is clean also.
